Sr. Director BPM Adoption and Centers of Excellence

This role is perfect for someone who knows Delivery of Services. The qualifying candidates will be part of a Global Professional Services leadership team.

This role manages a team of globally located Business Process Management (BPM) and experts. The role focuses on driving the BPM Adoption through establishment of Centers of Excellence (CoE) and/or Competency Centers.

Knowledge of Delivery, Management and Enterprise Best Practices is critical to success.

I am seeking a true Leader that can grow relationships, strengthen pre-existing ones, and provide thought leadership to our team and our clients.

REQUIRES
- Senior/Executive Relationship Building
- Strategic & Organizational Agility
- BA/BS required
- Demonstrate expertise in implementing Enterprise solutions is required
- 50 -75% Travel required – travel to and work on customer/other sites
- Minimum 15 years in service delivery role(s)
- 10 years of experience managing teams

Preference for:
-Prior success in influencing the adoption of software delivery methodologies (DCO, SmartBPM, RUP, Agile, SCRUM etc…) is highly desireable
-Candidates that established BPM Practices, CoEs or Competency center programs are preferred
- Ability to get Certification within 6 months of joining the team
-Methodology Black Belt (BB)
