Job Purpose: The Infrastructure, Performance and Operations (IPO) group resides in Global Services in the Global Solutions Engineering and Architecture organization. Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide Thought Leadership with respect to all technical aspects of PRPC infrastructure, performance and operations. This includes but is not limited to:
PRPC architecture.
PRPC Frameworks and supporting add-on Pega product architecture.
3rd party supporting technology. Some examples: DB2 for zOS, Websphere, CTI.
Persuasive judgment of how Pega solutions may be implemented to maximize results.
